Mr PEN’s abilities are recognized and respected within and beyond his own industry. He is a board member of the Association of Banks in Cambodia, an organization which plays a vital role in the development of the banking and financial industry in Cambodia and also holds board membership of the Culture and Environmental Preservation Association, advocating sustainable uses of natural resources, and of the Israeli Blockchain Association, an organization which facilitates business leaders, educators, policy-makers and others in understanding and making use of globally accepted, industry-leading practices for Blockchain technologies. As a person and leader, Mr. PEN, who has a history of turning failures into successes, is always keen to stretch the bounds of the possible. He prioritizes and promotes effective teamwork, a legacy of his own extensive experience in working in a variety of different countries and working cultures, from France and Switzerland to Canada, Thailand, USA and Vietnam.
