I Managed a Team of 5 Evaluators that conducted 2 system wide annual Evaluation for Company and Franchise Restauants. I also was responsible for updating the Evaluation itself with current procedure additions or changes, as well as communicating those changes to the field. I helped to developed the entire training program for the OES Team. I also managed various projects and special initiatives in the field, such as new products, new equipment testing and rollouts. I have the opportunity to work with a vast variety of Corporate Departments as well as in the field & with our Franchise community. I assisted with new Restaurant openings to ensure a solid confident start with the franchisee as well as with corporate restaurants as needed. During the openings I would work with the IT department at our corporate office to install POS and back of the house systems are up and running as well as helping to train the staff and franchisee on these systems.

Responsible for 12 Cincinnati Rally’s Restaurants. Accountable for P&L Statements as well as P&L Reconciliation. Work within budgets, staffing, marketing, negotiating contracts, weekly reporting, quarterly regional presentations of current market analysis. Sharepoint administrator, KPI reports, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Won “Biggest Contribution to the Midwest Region” in 2001. Assisted with and hosted company picnics and Christmas parties for area, region, and company events. Won top ten cruise 5 times.

Top performing restaurant in the Cincinnati market. Multi Million dollar store. Trained and developed my own management team. Won a new Ford Focus for sales growth! This restaurant was used to train all General Managers in the Market as well as Area Managers for the region.
