He also supervised and reviewed all infrastructure tasks on a day-to-day basis, logging all activities from the development of the site to the completion of the clubhouse and the amenities area. He was responsible for negotiating pricing with all the contractors that worked on the Tuscany Hills project, he keeps projects in budget. Pennington secured all permits for the project, from the preliminary plat approval to final plat approval and certificate of occupancy for clubhouse.

DC Basketball is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion, of Washington DC’s rich basketball history. Our website, DCBasketball.com, honors this tradition by chronicling the great players, scholastic teams, amateur leagues and administrators in the Metropolitan area. Our online presence provides an interactive Virtual Museum of our capital’s sports contributions and participation. And it serves as an educational tool, news source and online community for loyal Metro area fans. One of our goals is to use this information as a source of enjoyment and inspiration for young men who are still creating their foundations. Through DC Basketball we have created an array of services to assist our community’s youth. From educational to life skill programs, basketball camps and clinics to scholarship Programs. Our long term plans are to build a Historical Museum and Learning Center, where Fans, Coaches, Players, Students and Media alike can all participate in a celebration of the basketball game in Metro DC. A place where our library, video clips, still shots, game balls, trophies and memorabilia can all be housed in a permanent setting.
