Current• Successfully assisted with full LA office technology move in 2012 from 5830 Wilshire Blvd to new office on the 8th floor of SBE Building. Included working with vendor schedules, network fiber runs, server rack & electrical code compliance with building managers, QA for workstations, network, and electrical home runs.• Managed new office space resource & meeting rooms technical needs to accommodate 4 video conference systems, 2 screening rooms, content creation edit bay. (3x capacity of previous office)• Planned and created relational database to track, manage, and monitor IT projects and inventory. • Improved current film tracking database by scripting automated submission reports saving 40 hours of manual analysis every quarter.• Transferred from Park City to LA in September 2008 and remotely performed previous years’ responsibilities as Festival Logistics IT Manager in addition to new roll overseeing IT needs for Los Angeles office. • Successfully supported the integration of Google Apps for Business within the Sundance Institute technology stack. Ongoing efforts include insuring a cohesive and secure workflow between staff and artists digital assets.• Contributed to Sundance’s Meet the Artist YouTube campaign. Worked with our digital content creator team before and during the festival to promote our contributing artists, directors, and advisors as well as YouTube live streaming of our Sundance Film Festival award ceremony.• Successful planning & implementation of Film Festival’s IT infrastructure. (22 venues in total) Worked with HP for 400 in-kind workstation donations with 100% equipment receipt & return success.• Worked with each artist’s custom technical needs to ensure their art installations were successful at Sundance New Frontier Venue (computer specs, imaging, security, software licenses)• Improved artist production workflow with connectivity between temporary production recording pods to the Sundance Resort’s onsite screening room.
