Penny Clover is a recently co-opted Director of Abingdon Hydro, confirmed at the AGM in January 2015. She has experience in PR, marketing and fundraising, as well as business and networking. She studied Geography & Botany and has lived in Abingdon over 30 years, enjoying walking and canoeing on the Thames. She has cruised canals and rivers and campaigned for multi-purpose uses of waterways since the 1960s, when her father was directly involved with the restoration of the Stratford Canal and Upper Avon.
