As General Manager of RPS's Brisbane planning and development business, I lead a multi-disiplinary team of 150+ urban designers, urban planners, landscape architects, surveyors, mapping specialists and contaminated land experts. We have delivered ground breaking and city changing projects for our clients since the early 1990's including catalytic master planned new communties, inner city urban renewal projects, pivotal social infrastruture through to the energy transition to renewables.

National Lead of our team of Town Planners, Urban Designers, Landscape Architects, Heritage and QS teams. Blending art with science our team of Planners and Designers are working together to create 'Great Places and Spaces' across Australia.

I have over 20 years experience in working with the development industry and government organisations to deliver leading urban growth outcomes for our cities. As the national leader of the RPS Planning Group I am responsible for the co-ordination and collaboration of our planning teams across 10 locations and am committed to enabling positive growth and progress in our cities.

I am a Technical Director of Town Planning with 20 years experience in providing high quality outcomes for private clients in the residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors. I have worked extensively in Queensland as well as experience in the Melbourne and London markets. .I have a broad range of experience in planning matters including master-planning, development assessment, and community consultation and I am responsible for providing planning advice to Clients, formulating development strategies and preparing development applications with a view to achieving the best outcome for her Clients. I manage the development approvals and implementation processes for a wide range of projects, and have an excellent working knowledge of the legislation affecting planning in Queensland.I have strong and well established relationships with state and local authorities. I have a keen interest in the urban realm and enjoy working with my clients to achieve vibrant, interesting and economically viable communities.I also have a detailed understanding of infrastructure charging issues in Queensland and a good understanding of allied legislation and approvals that sit outside of the Planning Act. I have been involved in application strategies for a wide range of complex urban development that involve local, state and commonwealth approvals.Within the leadership group I am responsible for the internal management of the team of approximately 20 planners in Brisbane and work with this group to deliver for our clients and external markets.

Town Planner that worked within a small team at a leading architectural practice.. The team was responsible for delivery of advice and statutory approvals. Projects included London Bridge Rail Station Redevelopment, Redevelopment of Listed Heritage Buildings and new greenfield estates out of London.
