I took over the ownership of Nicholas Coppin Limited from my late husband in March 2016 and we have a wonderful team of expert carpenters, builders and site managers who build bespoke residential properties, both traditional in style and contemporary, mainly in the Chichester area and along the south coast. We have a reputation for fine architectural precision and attention to detail and we manage both client based projects and more recently our own property development wing, run by Tom Coppin. We make all our own windows and doors in our workshop and also call on a very loyal team of sub contractors when handling three or four large projects at a time. We have affiliations with many local architects who we work closely with, from the point of submitting our tenders right through to the final touches on each property ensuring client liaison between all parties is continuous. We are currently looking to increase our workforce with an additional site manager initially on a contract basis and then hopefully as a permanent member of our crew
