Responsibilities and accomplishments : Developing and maintaining operational reports and dashboards that detail the load metrics of the Keystone data warehouse which houses data of all core Equifax data assets. This includes gathering the requirements across multiple teams, modeling the data underlying the reports, and developing the reports and dashboards themselves. Developing analyses, that evaluate the quality, accuracy and uniqueness, of a potential data sources to support product development. In addition to data analysis, tasks include working with vendors to determine appropriate samples, developing analytic test plans, and writing SOWs if necessary. Acquisition analyses include:o A evaluation of property data sources from multiple vendors, including a quality audit using county assessor data.o A review, quality audit and integration study (to ensure that the data can be linked to multiple EFX data sources) of MVR data and other auto centric data sources.  Working with internal customers to define new data products and shepherd the product design thru governance reviews and approvals. Maintaining and enhancing the Taxonomy database, a proprietary Equifax Postgres database that catalogues the data assets available within Equifax and the products that use those data assets . Responsibilities and achievements include:o Developing both the logical and physical model for the databases; Creating DDL and scripts to load and modify tables and data load processes.o Spearheading the development of additional dimensions to provide more information about current products. o Updating and creating reports (using Jaspersoft) that utilize user inputs to catalogue the data / product relationships based on key dimension.

Accomplishments included:Creating multiple presentations and analyses on the usage patterns of BlackBerry devices and RIM services by data mining and employing statistical techniques using both SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Enterprise Miner. Analysis topics include:o The Usage Patterns of BlackBerry Messenger Deviceso A Comparison of BlackBerry Messenger and WhatsApp Userso A Comparison of Instant Messaging and BlackBerry Messenger UsersBecoming a subject matter expert on existing databases and database artifacts within the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and translating that expertise to mentor new team members, trouble shoot reporting and production issues, and facilitate new report development.The development of multiple reports and ad-hoc analyses using SAS, SQL Developer, and DB Visualizer based on customer needs and requirements. Providing subject matter expertise and assistance to other SAS users within RIM in developing analyses and forecasts using SAS Text miner and SAS Forecast Studio.

Accomplishments include: Using MS SQL 2005 SSRS to design and deploy a suite of reports that provide operational metrics to monitor data currency of data underlying Choicepoint/LexisNexis products.  The development programs using SAS that monitor the behavior of authenticated users of Lexis Nexis products to ensure security and proper use of Lexis Nexis products.

Accomplishments include: The development of calling ‘segments’ to better understand the subscribers calling customer service. These segments would be used to both address the callers’ needs and reduce calls and cost associated to those calls. The development of analyses/models using logistic regression, based on monthly surveys of customer service callers to understand the drivers associated with customer satisfaction and a customer’s willingness to recommend AT&T Mobility.  The creation of an end-to end process to identify subscribers who are likely to have high data overage charges in order to contact them before the bill cycle ends. Process was later implemented in production environment.  Performing ad-hoc analyses and reports as assigned. Typical subjects include: customer calling rates reports, payment time lines of subscribers, and the investigation of trends among subscribers who cancel service within 90 days of activation.
