Working with a sustainable development NGO in Tanzania, that offers young people the chance to volunteer around the globe to help empower local communities by improving peoples access to safe water and sanitation, building stronger communities and protecting the world’s resources, at the same time developing leadership skills. Performing the role of safety supervisor, facilitator, counsellor, and instructor, with overall responsibility for the projects and expedition success. We empowered the Venturer teams to make all the decisions affecting their working targets, living arrangements and effective day to day life.
