Focusing on the opportunities created by the falling away of old systems we committed to bringing to the widest audience constructive, pioneering ways of navigating the process of becoming. I am passionate about enabling young people to be the fullest expression of themselves, finding and living their unique gifts and through that, their purpose in life. I am working with experts both local and international whose north star is creating pioneering models of supporting young people. It is an honour to share this journey with passionate and committed pioneers who are co-creating a different way for our young people to flower into adulthood.

With a grounding in Anthropology, I have spent many years studying and training with first nation teachers, bringing their practices of living in connection with each other and the natural world into my life. I am committed to supporting the dissemination of the wisdom of these teachers and from my home I run a training centre for tribal teachers to share their wisdom with the world. I have experienced at first hand the power of transformation of these healing practices and am committed to bringing them to my local community to support us all through significant changes and rites of passage as well as through the twists and turns of daily life. I run a year long experiential course entitled 'Journey into Womanhood' which applies these teachings to what it means to be a woman. I co-deliver a group for mothers and daughters moving through the transition of adolescence and also co-facilitate rites of passage.

Committed to raising happy, connected children who retain the innate connections with which they entered life and who have a clear and unconditional love of self, others and the natural world. I am grateful that as a family we are part of a community of people who were striving for positive change in the world. I feel it is critical that we model hope for our children through positive engagement with the issues humanity faces.

Produced in collaboration with and based on the life's work of Archaeobotonist Professor Gordon Hillman, this is a comprehensive guide to the foods of Britain that our pre-agrarian ancestors would have eaten, based on the archaeobotanical record and the study of modern hunter gatherers. In addition to featuring over 450 individual plants with practical information on detailed processing of them, it also looks at the environmental, social and cultural implications of a shift from a hunter gatherer to agrarian way of living.

Responsible for the launch and management of Telewest's online platform, online marketing and user experience (including for digital TV). Telewest was one of the UK's 2 cable TV/telecoms franchises (the other being NTL) which merged and subsequently became Virgin Media.

An online marketplace for housewares, Defining Edge was years ahead of its time! Consumer buying habits were not yet adventurous enough to support an online homewares business. It was a great experience in what not to do as what works in launching pioneering projects.

Responsible for the launch of Sotheby's first online e-commerce and auction platform, working with teams in London and New York.
