I have 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking field - everything from loan officer to underwriter! In that time, I've seen it come full circle from the days when you sent verifications for everything out by snail mail to stated income/stated asset loans. Because of the upheaval in this industry, it's more important than ever to work with experienced mortgage professionals which is why I joined the team at Peoples State Bank of Commerce. Everyone from the president of the bank to the processors are seasoned professionals who are committed to providing the best in service to our clients. We often hear about the Golden Rule where we treat others the way that we want to be treated. I live by the Platinum Rule and treat others the way they want to be treated. We are all unique and have unique situations so treating everyone the same just doesn't work for me. The changes in our industry in the past few years have made it more stressful for mortgage applicants, and my goal is to reduce that stress as much as possible while ensuring that our clients have a thorough understanding of the mortgage product they've selected.My role at PSBOC allows me to wear many hats and provide assistance wherever it is needed. I work closely with Hunter Battle, President of PSBOC, and his mortgage clients as well as with the other loan officers.
