I am currently the Team Leader for The EcoTherm Technical Team. I really enjoy liaising with our merchants / stockiest and giving an excellent level of customer service. Having worked within the Industry for over 10 years, I feel that I am able to provide an excellent service and deliver quality advice to our customers. We thrive in giving the best and up to date knowledge as possible. Most recently, Building Innovation falls under this remit also. We are excited to be assisting customers with flat roofing and tapered enquiries once again. EcoTherm Insulation (UK) Ltd is one of the UK’s largest PIR thermal insulation suppliers. In addition to a standard range of PIR insulation boards we produce speciality products, that offer time saving multi application benefits. EcoTherm’s product range is suitable for use within flat and pitched roofs, walls, floors and ceilings in new and existing buildings. I work for Kingspan Insulation area of the Business Selling Insulation Materials. As the Area Sales Manager for the SW region, I am responsible for liaising with all of our customers, supplying information ranging from product information and suitability to pricing. It is also in our best interests as a company to provide an excellent service to all of our customers. I get involved heavily with Project Designs. Offering U Value and Condensation Risk Analysis calculations and looking into where Kingspan can provide positive Value Engineering on specific projects helping to show cost savings. My customer base ranges across a whole board of organisations such as: Distribution, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Self-Build, Brickwork Contractors, Groundwork Contractors, Cladding Contractors, Internal dry lining Contractors. These are just a few of the organisations who I typically deal with. My day to day activities change rapidly however I represent the SW selling on specification Structural Products for Kingspan Insulation.

I worked withing the Technical Department of Kingspan Insulation for 3 years. I gained vast experience in the products and services available. I then went out on the road as Area Sales Manager for the SW region Novermber 2011.
