As a sales assistant I focused on assisting customers with queries, working as a team to deliver excellent customer service, taking telephone calls for enquiries and taking orders, handling and cataloging stock, whilst also keeping the workplace tidy and organized.

Quickly learning how to navigate an internal computer system for processing orders and stock.

As a sales assistant in a large company this role focuses on good customer service, organisation skills, handling and counting stock (stocktake experience), processing delivery, garment care, good time management, and keeping up to date with training including store processes and health and safety.
