. Coordinate RD and engineer team to evaluate new design and generate DFM to confirm with customers.. Build the team and host the KO meeting.. Evaluate all of the requested sources, such as equipment, materials, fixtures, direct labors ect., build the readiness plan, share with customers, team members and management team weekly to make sure everyone on the same page. . Build ramp up plan, continually monitor yield and efficiency improvements until MP.. Host stage review meetings with team members, record lesson learn items.

Velodyne is a wordwide brand which specialized in subwoofers,it gets more than 3 decades history.In March, 2010, the China office was set up in Changan, Dongguang. And in 2011, the company decreased the subwoofer business and transferred to consumer electronics, such as headphone and blue tooth speakers. I am there to do sourcing job, searching the competitive suppliers, whatever it is for raw materials or finished goods. And I have to sort these suppliers so that the top managerment in US can make final choice easily. After it is done,the cost control will become my improtant work. I will always have to review the costed BOM (mainly check the 20% materails which take 80% cost). It is for sure that I have to do cost down for the materials which are not in normal prices. During the 4 years there, with the help of team members, I sucessfully developed one distributor which can supply qualified components with reasonal prices, and three headphone vendors which can supply whatever it is high end or low price products. At the same time,I am in charge of the supplier chain managerment. Keeping good, continuous and efficient communication with suppliers is a key point to make sure products can be shipped per planning. However, we cannot always avoid some problems,such as materials don't arrive on time, rejections and so so on. At that time, I have to coordinate different parties to make sure the problems can be sloved quickly.In addition, I am in charge of the administration issues in the office sincce it is a too small office to afford a single admintration worker.

Ligthion is an OEM factory which specialized in transformer,amplifiers and crossover,the headquater was built in Taiwan in 1990, called Elytone. My own duty there is foreign customer service in Audio department. Orders arranging, shipment tracking, payment tracking and solving complaints from customers are all my job.And,I also do the reception and translation job for the foreign customers who visit factory.
