I began working for RDH Building Science in October 2013 as a Receptionist. My position and responsibilities have increased during my time with RDH and I am now a Marketing/Office Coordinator. My advertising and marketing background allowed me to transition into the Marketing department and share my expertise as the company continues to grow. My position also includes Office Coordinator responsibilities. Job duties for the marketing position includes: scheduling social media posts, monitoring social media, competitor and market analysis, layout design assistance and promotions. Office Coordinator responsibilities include: processing bills, time sheets, and expense reports, assisting in the set up of projects, initiating paperwork for upcoming bids and contacting contractors, and various project maintenance as requested. I also organize lunch and learns for the office. Because of my involvement with RDH, I am also a board member of the Seattle Building Enclosure Council (SeaBEC).

Manage office for a program for troubled teens. Responsible for payroll, billing, weekly and monthly reports, client paperwork, employee paperwork, petty cash, checking accounts, medication preparation, appointment scheduling, provide customer service to clients and families, liaison between the Ranch Campus and the corporate office.

Created custom presentations, studied shopping trends and provided insights to the sales staff and clients regarding market research data. Provided account executives the best possible presentation that would inspire discussion and create sales.

Processed returns, rung up sales, answered questions, provided assistance to fellow staff and customers. Pinpointed specific customer needs and provided solutions. Personal shopper for busy customers who requested my expertise, and desired the famous “Nordstrom” experience.
