With over 30 years of experience in the agriculture sector, I am passionate about supporting farmers and land managers to adopt regenerative and resilient practices that enhance soil health, biodiversity, and productivity. As project officer at Square V, I explored and sought funding opportunities for implementing innovative and best management practices. I also coordinated the Raywood regenerative agriculture group for the North Central Catchment Management Authority, where I facilitate knowledge exchange, collaboration, and advocacy among stakeholders and partners. In addition, I am a partner in a mixed farming enterprise that runs merino sheep, prime lambs, cereals, and canola, applying the principles of regenerative agriculture to our own land. Imanage the accounts for our business including invoicing customers and preparing the quarterly BAS. I bring a wealth of practical and scientific knowledge, as well as a strong commitment to the environmental and social benefits of regenerative agriculture, to my current and past roles. I enjoy working with people who share my vision of creating a more sustainable and profitable future for the agriculture industry and the communities that depend on it.
