And, not just payment reminders, but provide detailed analysis of the impact of late payment on customers (bank credit, container detention fees, etc.), and then urge customers to pay as soon as possible.◆ Handling of customer complaints: As a bridge for communication between customers and each department of the company, translate and convey customer complaints to related departments, and negotiate root causes, solutions, and future improvement methods with them.◆ Customer relationship maintenance: Care for customers, track sales status, inquire about follow-up orders, greet and bless on important festivals.◆ Professional technical document translation: Translate ISO, DIN, JIS and other international standards and English/Japanese drawings, specification requirements from customers.
