I started Salterbaxter with Nigel Salter in 1998, combining our skills of strategic and creative thinking to help businesses address sustainability. We brought a blend of strategy, sustainability and communications expertise to some of the world's largest and most exciting organisations for over twenty years.Following a sale of the business to Publicis Group in 2014 and successful integration, I left the business in 2018 to pursue new opportunities.Having now spent some time post-Salterbaxter re-charging my batteries a bit, I've re-joined forces with Nigel Salter to support clients through our consultancy SB+CO. We offer independent, senior-led consultancy that can work effectively across strategy and communications for sustainability. We have a strong team of consultants and analysts in the UK, built very much as a partner-led proposition, meaning all clients work directly with and are served by at least one founder of the business. Our own strengths in strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement continue to have an impact on clients and organisations across multiple sectors, supporting them on their quest for sustainability.
