This involves translating complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives, ensuring our leadership's message resonates effectively. I worked with our PR firm to synchronize our external communication efforts while managing multiple deliverables with timely and high-quality results. My other focus was on crafting meaningful internal communications to ensure our Earnies stayed informed and inspired as we work together towards our goals.

I supported the Chief Growth Officer with the coordination of department communication, initiatives, meetings, and engagement. Projects spanned a variety of purposes: public relations, vendor onboarding, agenda creation and deck design, scheduling, travel arrangements, employee recognition, and event planning.In addition, I supported the CEO with internal communication planning, writing, and revision while managing external communication objectives and key results with our PR firm.

I managed the research, creation, editing, and audit of internal knowledge base material to empower our support team with a superior understanding of our products and to deliver excellent service to clients. I also invented a convenient, weekly newsletter that covered urgent policy updates across the department and produced 64 editions.

I encouraged agents through positive communication while tracking trends for areas of opportunity and delivered coaching as needed. I also led weekly calibrations for a team of 20, resolved countless escalated complaints, trained new hires, and implemented new processes for improvement.
