Provide executive and administrative assistance in the corporate office environment, specifically working closely with the Chief Operations Officer: Maintain records, vendor files, and contract files in hard copy filing system. Maintain and update vehicle fleet through a company wide cloud-based Asset Database. Perform duties as they pertain to office management, data entry, and multi-office communications. Coordinate travel arrangements with personnel from multiple sites; create projects/invoices through a web based accounting program; research accounts receivable through communication with federal and state agencies; process and route accounts payable; gather information and input data via Excel for payroll processing; provide HR assistance to related companies during recruiting season. Work cohesively with remote Accounting department to provide proper financial accounting of site expenses.

Process payroll, submit required liability payments and report state and federal payroll taxes for multiple small business clients. Maintain multiple small business accounting including processing Accounts Receivable; invoicing through Accounts Payable; month-end account reconciliation and proving financial reports.Assist CPA during tax season with client phone and office services; scheduling appointments; printing and compiling tax returns; scanning and filing client documentation.

* Administrative Assistant to the President of the corporation and multiple LLCs.* Process payroll for full time staff and 250+ seasonal employees of numerous sub-sites throughout the Northwest. * Provide Human Resources assistance in processing returning employees and new applicants on an annual basis during a 5 month training season.* Create and maintain extensive wildland fire, emergency incident, and project files as required by Federal and State regulations.

* Assistant to the Owner/Developer of the 15 acre FivePine campus as it evolved from bare ground into a Lodge, Conference Center and Spa resort.* Responsible for the invoice tracking, submittal, and payment dispersement between 3 concurrent builiding projects/contractors and a 1031 Exchange company.* Maintained records and processed payroll for spa and lodge employees.

* Obtained the California Landscape Contractor license in order to expand established business to include landscape and irrigation installation and maintenance. * Clientele primarily included lakefront 2nd homeowners, Northstar-at-Tahoe resort homeowners, and a small segment of commercial businesses. * Employed 3 full time seasonal maintenance technicians along with spouse/co-owner irrigation and maintenance supervisor.* Built up the company value through good, long-term client relations and reliability. Sold business in 2004 to the company maintenance foreman in order to re-locate to Oregon.

* Branched off into sole proprietorship following development of select clientele. * Instrumental in consultation, design and coordination of project implementation. * Established business relationships with landscape contracting companies to oversee and supervise installation of designs.

* Sole staff designer for long established plant nursery/landscape company on the North and West shores of Lake Tahoe. * Projects primarily involved residential, commercial and estate designs that encompassed the many stages of consultation, review, design, installation and maintenance. * Design challenges revolved around adverse climate and soil conditions. * Garnered knowledge of indigenous plant material and environmental conditions in order to expand on education gathered in a temperate climate as opposed to the extremities of high altitude.
