Supported the sales team with technical expertise in Health & Safety, Risk Assessment software package. Gave live demonstrations via video conferencing. Completed tender requests for potential deals with large blue chip companies and organisations. Set up demonstration environments to deliver technical demonstrations and workshops. Created e-learning using Axure and our own product training environment. Traveled to companies globally to deliver technical sales demonstrations and to train clients in the use of the product.

I worked in a callcentre environment where customers on inbound calls wanted to leave the network and it was my job to convince them to remain as an O2 customer by resolving any issues. I also had to sell products and insurance to these customers and was successful at hitting both my retentions and sales targets.

It was my job to be up to date with all the latest technologies, give demonstrations, lessons and technical help to customers. I also helped the store staff to understand the new technologies to be able to better sell them and i helped set up the new phones and devices for customers. I also fixed technical faults and updated people's devices.
