Commercial Product Manager (Anz) - Clinicalkey

In this role, I own the ClinicalKey AU product (including ClinicalKey for Nursing AU). I lead product execution in ANZ, develop new feature ideas to address customer pain points, analyse usage data and trends in the local market, and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to ensure our platform delivers trusted information to healthcare professionals and medical students.As part of the ANZ management team, I build relationships across international borders to ensure my local team have the resources and information they need to support local customers.In addition to managing the local product lifecycle in ANZ, I also manage elements of the CK global roadmap for EMEALAAP (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific), such as the go-to-market rollout for the updated CK Native App in 2023. Medical Education Project Manager

In this role, I oversaw projects within the Reed Medical Education portfolio, with a particular focus on ThinkGP.com.au which provides high-quality continuing professional development (CPD) activities for Australian and international general practitioners. As Medical Education Project Manager, I managed the project timelines and budget for each project and looked after key relationships with our external stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), peak bodies, medical writers, and sponsors. I also liaised with internal teams throughout the business to ensure we consistently provided high-value education for our users.I also maintained and continuously improved the overall learner experience (UX) on the ThinkGP platform. I created a cohesive visual language for our education programs – including conscious and subconscious learner cues, font and colour usage guidelines, improved signposting, and more – which enhanced learning for healthcare professional (HCP) users. I supervised the work of our graphic designers to ensure all learning activities developed were in line with internal UX standards as well as current adult learning methodologies.
