Information Technology Specialist
Current* Oversee all aspects of IT for a company dealing with sensitive PII, ensuring compliance with relevant data security regulations and managing the relationship with an MSP to ensure systems are up to date and secure.* Provide timely and effective technical support to all employees, troubleshooting issues ranging from computer hardware failures to expired passwords and software glitches.* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of technology across the organization.* Manage technology infrastructure projects, including building out the technology infrastructure for new offices, ensuring all hardware and software meet company standards and are configured for optimal performance.* Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for minimizing potential security threats.* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in IT and make recommendations for how the company can leverage these tools to improve productivity and efficiency.* Train employees on IT best practices and security protocols to promote a culture of data security awareness and compliance.
