Serve as the Corporate Healthcare Compliance & Privacy Officer responsible for day-to-day responsibilities for the organization’s health care compliance program; developing, updating and implementing health care compliance policies and procedures; developing, updating and implementing health care privacy policies; and responding to healthcare compliance issues and concerns within the organization. Responsible for communicating with the board of trustees, management and employees to promote understanding and compliance with federal and state healthcare laws and regulations and accrediting agency requirements.

Directed team of five to deliver HSE strategic direction across 247 North America & Latin America Honeywell locations covering 24,641,663 sq. ft. Performed tracking and monitoring of HSE KPI performance. Assumed responsibility for QBR analytics and reported following items to client: cardinal rules of safety violations, injuries (both JLL and JLL contractors), TRIR, regulatory inspections with/without violations, good catches/near-miss trends, and improvement plans. Oversaw occupational health and safety for 550 employees.Completed incident investigations & root cause analyses (RCAs) stemming from corporate audits as well as AHJs, such as OSHA, NFPA, state elevator inspectors, health inspectors, air quality inspectors, etc. Developed & implemented account-specific JLL HSE policies/procedures. Provided technical direction & support to employees on all matters related to industry HSE compliance as well as JLL and Honeywell requirements. Consulted with stakeholders: clients, corporate headquarters, leadership, & employees. Served as regulatory compliance accreditation subject matter expert supporting 21 healthcare facilities consisting of 9,193,912 square feet and spent several months supporting various healthcare accounts at the platform level. Executed project management of HealthCare Solutions compliance program and Joint Commission SME. Implemented and continually designed cutting-edge regulatory compliance protocols.• Completed regulatory compliance audits, developed action plans for correction and provided training in preparation of Agency Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) inspections, which resulted in significant decrease in AHJ findings and improved patient care, minimizing harm and improving building environment.• Identified potential areas of compliance risk, vulnerabilities, and implications.• Collaborated with client and account to resolve compliance issues.• Acted as compliance transition team member, overseeing compliance program integration for new healthcare accounts.

Managed Environment of Care, Safety, and Emergency Management Accreditation program for two hospitals consisting of 1,044,000 square feet and various medical clinics.
