At Bromford, my focus is to enrich our customer journey, ensuring every interaction with Bromford is meaningful, dedicated to placing the customer at the heart of Bromford's operations and driving a customer obsessive culture.• Mapped the New Homes Division customer journey, leading to improved processes, systems, and services.• Collaborated with New Homes, Development, Aftercare, and Sales/Marketing teams to integrate customer insights into daily operations.• Co-Designed and led a leadership program to promote customer-centric behaviours within the organization.• Spearheaded projects such as the procurement and implementation of a new sales CRM system, property sales website, homeownership hub, and customer portal, co-created with customer input.• Member of the Business Change and Demand Board for the Investment Directorate• Member of the EDI group for Age and gender• Active member of the cost of Living group for Bromford and The Investment Directorate "Next level Leaders" Group where I am a work stream lead for Customer initiatives. These insights play firmly into the transformation team brief to design robust, user friendly systems that help our customers thrive. I work closely with tour teams to bring this journey into our everyday language, building empathy and understanding for our customers unique needs.
