During my decade at DuPont I built authentic innovation teams, leading to several patents. My role involved creating innovative products that propelled the company toward future growth. My commitment extends beyond corporate environments. I have integrated my engineering and business expertise to provide a holistic approach to STEM education and play Board of Director roles in a startup school and the Science Museum of Virginia. As a multifaceted professional, I inspire the next generation to develop self-awareness and a love of learning to catalyze personal growth and business success.
