Penny is responsible for the oversight of workers' compensation claims, claims account management and the delivery of claims services. She is responsible for TPA oversight as well as ensuring adherence to best practice claims execution. Within these roles, Penny manages the relationships between employers, agents and brokers as well as the TPA claims.

Work with property and casualty clients to navigate insurance claims process with focus on bringing claims to resolution while protecting client's best interest. Provide leadership and management to claims and operations team to achieve team and agency goals. Manage claims staff

Coordinate client and insurance carrier claim interaction; addressed concerns for clients as well as internal customers as related to claim issues.

Multi-jurisdictional WC adjuster - handles large national accounts and participated inreviews and training with both account as well as liason with broker partners.
