I’m a commercially orientated leader with demonstrated experience in leading a thriving business to scale whilst achieving outcomes that benefit all stakeholders.For the past 9 years, I have led the commercial operations of Stone & Wood & the Fermentum Group as CFO. As one of the founding management team, my experience is unique having been involved in developing and executing strategy from start-up phase, through rapid growth, and every key change agenda that ultimately led to the successful sale to global brewery Lion in late 2021. My role leading this sale process has further expanded my capability in not only deal execution but valuation creation that benefits all communities as a result.The key strengths that have underpinned my success include the strategic capability to anticipate the future needs of all stakeholders, design and support the right investment choices that ultimately lead to exceptional outcomes.I have a reputation for growing and scaling business to create and extract maximum value. I action this in my role as Chair of the inGrained Foundation, a national not-for-profit that supports grassroots environmental and social charities. Born out of Stone & Wood’s charitable giving program, the inGrained Foundation works to foster long-term partnerships and respond to urgent situations of need in our communities.My unique combination of skills and experiences leads me to this exciting phase of my career. I provide strategic advisory services and support to founders, executives, and boards of start up or scale up and rapidly growing businesses, to create sustainable growth and bring greater meaning to value creation that extends beyond the bottom line to all stakeholders.
