With over 8 years of experience in business development, project + event management, and client services, whether it involves music, people, products, or brands, I know how to manage and execute my client’s goals, and provide creative and innovative solutions to problems. I have worked with a broad range of local, national, and global clients and aim to use my skills and resources to help others reach their fullest potential.In my second year of university, I co-founded a social enterprise, in partnership with a locally-based Ethiopian businesswoman, that boosted sales (over 2000 units), and grew to a revenue of 6-figures. As a result, through Ethiopian charity partners, it funded 19 school scholarships, 13 school programs for students, 14 business loans to female entrepreneurs, and programs to train 20 mothers in small business management in Ethiopia.In my last year of university, I co-founded a wedding and event planning company and have since executed over 30 weddings and events. All the while, I held full-time positions as a business development manager, producer, and project manager at companies and agencies within the Vancouver area. My current venture is managing music talent, from producers, audio engineers, and musicians. Oh, and I am also a licensed real estate agent in the province of British Columbia.Safe to say, I do a lot and am always looking for more to do.
