The cost of grief to employers is huge but the Financial Cost of Grief in the workplace, is so hidden that if you search for the word “grief” on the Office for National Statistics website it will not only produce zero search results it will ask you if you meant “green”.Through our experience we know the number one symptom so common it almost universal is a massively reduced ability to concentrate.
