Now leading the Human Resources functions for the entire US team, I get the pleasure of assisting our Global Teams as they grow. I manage the Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and act as lead contact for all our US employees. Since moving to a Remote First model, I have had the pleasure of assisting in remixing our special culture to translate to our work from home teams.

Managing the HR expansion of Click all over the globe and helping to spread our infectious Corporate Culture to all our locations! I have had the pleasure of helping create an international onboarding, hiring, and recruitment process for a high growth SaaS company. I have implemented a PEO, helped create handbooks for Ireland, the Netherlands, and the US team, helped launch global events, and hired in several countries including the UK, Australia, and Ireland.

Was leading the TA and HR functions for our Greenville office. I am in charge of sourcing, screening, on boarding, and making sure we have the milkshake that will bring the right team members to the yard.

I first joined Real Page through Level One as the newest member to a two person recruiting team. Just over a year later I was offered the position of manager and added two members to our team. As talent gurus for the RealPage contact center, we were constantly searching for top performers in the fields of: marketing, sales, communications, real estate, customer relations, product support, IT, and development.

Starting as a contractor here I was offered a full time position within 6 months of beginning with Bard. I was the main contact for all our divisions for all things recruiting and OFCCP compliance. I handled the full life cycle recruitment process for positions based in our Murray Hill location and assisted with positions in Italy, England, China, and Japan.

I began my journey as a Management Trainee and quickly found my passion and joy through recruiting. Recruiting for enterprise was my dream job!
