The interest of knowing other worlds and cultures together with the importance of tourism in the Spanish economy and the facility for languages decided me to study the career of Tourism. After one year working in Germany and six years in Spain in an Incentive agency, travelling around the world, I created my own company in Spain, specialised in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Events) groups, either incoming and outgoing. In 14 intense and exciting years I developed the company, from the back office to the front office, and very close to the clients necessities, giving me a deep knowledge of all aspects related to the MICE market together with the global vision of leading a company. Finally, I sold the company and now I’m looking for new projects in an organization where I can bring my knowledge and professionalism to help in the development of the business.I like to be surrounded by people with a spirit of continous improvement, open mind to see further – where others have stopped-, people to learn from – we never end learning - and to help with my know how. I believe in relations based on a fluent communication and feedback, always honest and positive, and in delegation to allow innovation.
