Ever since I know me, I always saw myself as a competitive person in the good way. Because my competition is with myself. I always seek for self improving and self development.In 5 work experience years with the Portuguese Air force, I've been fortunate enough to play different Air Traffic Management-related roles within two military Air Bases. From Air Traffic Controller, Flight Operations Dispatcher, Aeronautical Information Operator, ATC practical instructor, Operational supervisor, all the way to Training monitor, among others.To be able to have such a rich experience in a very short time it's not only thanks to my hard work and dedication. Thankfully I was fortunate enough to work with so many talented people in many different areas who passed me all the knowledge that they had. Self improvement is good but there is no better feeling than to grow as a team and as a whole. As an enthusiast for modern tools, I keep myself updated to improve and optimize processes. We live in a digital era, and I intend to take advantage of it.
