In order to expand their services and adapt to the changing needs of managers and learners alike AIM is continually updating its course offering. Pepe is responsible for ensuring excellence in learning design is transferred to AIM's bespoke learning materials, both online and face to face. She recently lead the complete redesign of the AIM Business School's popular MBA program which has seen a threefold increase in student retention as a result and her Mini MBA program is consistently rated 5/5 by students.

As a consultant to Endeavour T&D Pepe has worked with clients including the Reserve Bank of Australia, NSW Taxi Council, the NSW Fire Brigades, NSW Department of Transport and the Department of Veterans Affairs, on project based assignments including technical writing, Training Package development, courseware and e-learning development, capability frameworks and needs analyses.

Pepe brings to Desert Oak almost 20 years Australian and international experience in business management and vocational education. In the development and training space her aim is to develop clear strategies which are linked to organisation goals and business targets, and which are easy for management to implement.

McDonald's well respected management training is the foundation of Pepe's career in Learning & Development. Pepe continues her relationship with McDonald's today, consulting on L&D both in Australia and internationally.
