The project has been divided into smaller technical files to comply with the strict timetable established to achieve the commissioning of this infrastructure on time.My responsibility as the Local Project Coordinator is to lead the local team, formed by several engineers, technicians, draftsmen and assistants. Reporting directly to the Project Director, I am responsible to complete the following tasks:Drafting the local part of the Project: archaeology and environment reports, traffic studies, buildings and services affected, technical specifications, quality and safety plans, measures control and part of plans.Coordination with the Spanish production centres to get complete and consistent technical files.Assembly and delivery of final technical files to the client.Correction of remarks indicated by the client and monitoring bodies, once delivered technical files.Customer service in Lima, attending their design proposals, processes and construction details.My major achievements were:Make the local team works proactively, orderly and coordinated with the Spanish teams to achieve the highest possible quality in the projects delivered to the client.

The work involved the construction of Lines 1 & 2 of the Malaga Underground, in Spain.Main features: 12 K underground tunnel infrastructure with slurry walls ‘Cut&Cover’ construction method, civil works & architecture of 12 ‘Cut&Cover’ underground stations, railway superstructure, infrastructure & architecture Depots, all in an urban environment.Special work: pass under an existing motorway without interrupting traffic through a bored tunnel. Pass under the platform railroad tracks in the high speed train station. Creation of a great underground structure that allows the cross of the two lines.Budget construction: 460 M€Responsibilities & Achievements:The role of Ayesa was the Site Management & Supervision of the construction works of the underground infrastructure, civil works and architecture of underground stations and Depots, and railway superstructure.My role on this work was Deputy Project Manager of the Site Management and Supervision Team, reporting directly to the Project Manager and the Client,My responsibilities were:Monitoring and approve technical amendments proposed by the builder technical team, in all disciplines of the work.Discuss and approve construction plans proposed by the builder technical team.Controlling and report of measures and construction certificates.Controlling and monitoring quality documentation and construction procedures.Tracking and monitoring geotechnical works and instrumentation system.In general, asisting to the Project Manager in all tehcnical aspect of the supervision process.My major achievements were:To get handle the large amount of technical amendments and drawings generated on site.Adequate geotechnical monitoring, especially in sensitive urban areas to the construction of work.Maintain the client informed of the status and progress of works in the scope of my responsibilities.Attend proudly to launch and commissioning of the new metro network Malaga.

Description of construction work:High Speed Line Sevilla-Cádiz. Section Jerez–Cádiz. Bahía Sur.Section of 9.5K high-speed rail line, including infrastructure (earthworks, drainage, structures), double track railway superstructure, electrification system, railway signalling. This section was adapted above a conventional rail line, located in a marsh area near by the sea, and the work was made by maintain the rail traffic. Budget: 45 M€.High Speed Line Córdoba-Málaga. Section XXISection of high-speed rail line base, including infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, structures. The work also included the renovation of an existent rail line and a beach of freight rail tracks in a freight train station beside the high-speed line. The works involved the renovation of the earth bases, platforms, railway superstructure, electrification system and railway signalling, all works made maintaining rail traffic. Budget: 44 M€.Underground Parking Railway Station ADIF María Zambrano Málaga.Underground car park, two floors of 21,000 square meters, perimeter slurry walls, deep foundation, reinforced concrete structure, architecture cores access, building services. Budget: 13 M€.Responsibilities & Achievements:My role on these works was Site Project Engineer of the Construction Team, reporting directly to the Site Manager, working together with other engineers, technical staff, surveyors and foremen.My responsibilities were:Creating and developing technical amendments, support them face to the Project Manager Team.Responsible for drafting Modified, Complementary and As Built Projects.Preparing construction plans and shop drawings.Controlling measures, helped to the Chief Surveyor, for monthly billing.Temporary responsible to safety and health of works.My major achievements were:Solve technical problems and provide support to production teams, to comply quality and deadlines.Drafting Modified Projects in order to get the aims of the Director and Site Managers.

Responsible for monitoring the project and the building construction, and finally emit the compulsory reports that allow the Promoter to get the insurance policy that guarantees the building structure for ten years.The role as a Building Project Supervisor is to check the building project according to the technical rules.Responsibilities & Achievements:Engineer responsible for reviewing structural calculations and plans of foundations and structures of different building projects, and to develop appropriate technical reports for real estate developers and insurance companies. Description of construction work:Reception olives facility, in Baeza (Jaen province)Infrastructure for a reception olives facility in a rural area of cultivation of olive trees, comprising earthworks, drainage, retaining walls, esplanades and sills, access and enclosure of the facilities.Budget: 0.2 M€.Six apartments Building, in Manuel Barraca Street, Ubeda, (Jaen province)Four storey building, with reinforced concrete structure, brick partition wall, typical finishes and facilities of residential building.Budget: 0.5 M€.Complex of 14 small industrial buildings, in Mengibar (Jaen province)Set of small industrial buildings, steel structure, covered by metal sandwich panel, divisions and prefabricated walls, finishes and facilities typical of small industrial building.Budget: 1 M€.Responsibilities & Achievements:Responsible for the drafting of projects and safety studies, and the execution of works, mainly industrial and building structures of small size. Reporting directly to the General Manager.It was my first job after finishing the university degree. That position allowed me to realize about the reality of the building sector and how hard it is. In the short but intense time I held this role, I had to deal with several work and project at the same time, only helped by another colleague and the foremen.My achievements were:Finish the work of the Reception olives facility in Baeza. It was a very fast work.Draft a safety study for the Six apartments Building, before starting the construction.Execute the framework and the inner partitions of the Six apartments Building.Launch and solve the initial problems of the 14 small industrial buildings complex, in Mengibar.
