Responsibilities: Act as primary contact for customers regarding acquired orders.Manage these projects from beginning to end by developing project plans, achieving project goals and deliverables, initiating and controlling all the activities generating revenues. Effectively communicate project expectations to customers, team members and stakeholders Main tasks: Initiate and lead project team meetings and keep track of outstanding actions, milestones and deliverables. Create and/or use any opportunity which could be beneficial to project such as increase of revenues, reduction of risks and improvement of client satisfaction. Coordinate with sales and proposals possible variation (change) orders arising from existing contracts. Support sales and proposals in obtaining new orders.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and the Safety Health and Environment system in accordance with VCA** and applicable law.Main tasks;Advise the Management Team about QSHE policies, develop and revise procedures and/or work instructions, maintain internal audit program and facilitate external audits, maintain contact with customers, review and analyze suppliers quality position, record and follow-up on reported complaints and improvement possibilities. Set-up of the quality management system for Ansaldo Thomassen B.V. workshop in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
