I was managing and developing the Chartered Accountants ANZ educational technologies to provide an exceptional learning experience to candidates, members and educators.

At Chartered Accountants ANZ, I am responsible for assisting with the review and development of a sound e-learning strategy to support the online education delivery. - Administer and implement of learning platforms, to provide an exceptional experience to both members and educators. - Manage change with updates and implementation of educational systems within the organisation.- Liaise with e-learning vendors to ensure availability and quality of platforms and delivery. - Research and identify new technologies

I was leading the Online Learning Environment team to deliver the build, administration and maintenance of the learning content within the LMS and associated online learning platforms (Kaltura, Turnitin, SCORM). I also provided high level advice and expertise regarding LMS and other educational technologies to enhance the online educational experience for both students and staff.

In this position I served as the LMS specialist and related technologies for the Learning Portal Team within Futures. My main responsibilities were supporting the Futures Team with training, guidance, innovation and strategy advise on the use of the online educational environments.- Act as a central reference and information source for Blackboard and related technologies such as Kaltura and Turnitin, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process- Provide advise and support in the form of training, reports and meetings in the use of Blackboard Learn, Kaltura and Turnitin functionalities.- Review, make recommendations and update Academic Support Organisations with the educational technologies to align with organisational verticals.- Review, make recommendations and update Blackboard Learn and associated technologies.

At the end of 2013 my partner got an offer from her employer to work in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). For me this was an opportunity to take a mid-career break, move to the DRC and have a different experience.
