Developed and supported web-based applications and services for administration, automation and reporting of Cbeyond's Operations Support Systems. Primary focus on provisioning, service delivery, configuration management, network inventory and network planning.Planning, implementation and day-to-day administration of Cbeyond's network configuration management system in Production, Development and Test environments. System consists of multiple redundant GUI and worker servers running IBM Tivoli Network Configuration Manager (ITNCM, formerly Intelliden) which manages configuration back-ups, configuration changes and configuration policy compliance of more than 50,000 Cisco routers and Actelis switches delivering Cbeyond's IP data and voice services.Developed processes to integrate ITNCM system with Cbeyond's CRM and network inventory databases to automatically reflect changes in customer and equipment status within the ITNCM interface.Automated the install process of ITNCM application and device drivers for consist and specific installation in production and test environments.

Software development and user interface design for custom internal web-based tools and monitoring applications.

Maintained a data center and DevOps environment dedicated to the development and testing of EarthLink's products. Utilized Cfengine to automate configuration management tasks including provisioning new servers and reseting test environments.

Web content development for MindSpring's public web presence.

Teamed with mechanical engineer on several small-to-medium capital projects in Mead's packaging plants. Coordinated the electrical (power and control) aspects of all project phases.

Participated in several large-scale capital construction projects at various paper mills in Michigan, Ohio and Alabama.
