At BARK, I work with a diverse and passionate team of dog lovers, where I handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media. I also help acquire new customers and retain existing ones by offering personalized solutions, promotions, and referrals. Additionally, I support the marketplace team by listing, selling, and shipping products from BARK's online platform. I enjoy applying my customer service, data entry, and retail sales skills to deliver exceptional service and value to BARK's customers and partners. I am motivated by BARK's mission to make all dogs happy and healthy, and I am eager to learn and grow with the company.

Worked in a 12-hour shift managing calls, emails and cases roughly around 100-150 per day. Main duties are; processing order, assisting customers in tracking orders and ensuring that they will receive their products, and processing returns and refunds. With the scope of work I was able to manage certain amount of interactions required by the company as KPI.
