Training Specialist
CurrentFollow prepared curricula and conduct training classes both in the classroom and in the field. Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in training concepts and procedures. Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos or lectures. Teach Screening, Phlebotomy Apheresis .Recommend design and formatting of training materials and assisting in the preparation of same as needed. Assist Supervisor in development of staff employed in the position of Trainer I. Conduct annual staff certification and administering competency assessments in CPR, First Aid and other areas as required. Maintain proficient knowledge of Donor Collections’ standard operating procedures and ensuring training material and delivery follow cGMPs and comply with all applicable regulations.
