As the gold-card carrying supervisor, I liaise with local authority planning teams to ensure we are following health and safety, and building regulations. I also enjoy mentoring our team and planning their development to ensure we will have the capacity we need in future. Being originally from the creative industry’s I believe the creative look of the project is as important as the build itself - which I would both have a hand in making it look incredible. Proud to have a 5 Star Company with Reviews to show for it and over 100% pass rate on all construction projects since being founded in 2010.We are currently working on a 20-30 subcontracting team from all trades.

As I progressed, I supervised trainees and I also worked direct for business clients, project managing refurbishments of local restaurants and boutiques. I sub-contracted regularly for 5 clients, including conservation specialist St Blaise (which restored Windsor Castle after the fire), and Myttom Plastering. This is when I met legendary historic plasterer Bill Sargeant. From working under some of the UK's best craftsmen, I gained proficiency in historic techniques. Gained my CSCS Gold Card Standard, historic and modern plastering.
