I contribute to fundraising projects and formation of new alternative investment funds, and advise on general corporate matters, including corporate and contract law, corporate governance as well as data protection and privacy.

My key responsibilities included advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as handling legal matters related to capital markets, corporate, commercial, and contract law. I specialized in public M&A transactions and equity capital markets, gaining experience in various transactions, including IPOs, mergers, public tender offers, and SPACs.

I conducted research and prepared my Master’s thesis titled “Regulating Banks in the Age of Climate Change: A Precautionary Approach to Calibrating Capital Requirements of Banks to Better Reflect Climate-Related Financial Risks.” The thesis, which explored the intersection of financial regulation and climate risk management, received the highest possible grade (5/5).

I assisted lawyers in the M&A group on various projects, including due diligence, drafting, reviewing and deal support. I conducted legal research to support transactions and other advisory work across multiple industries and prepared and translated legal documents, including prospectus, presentations and other transaction-related materials.

I worked in the Investment Services and Products division, assisting in the supervision of investment service providers, fund management companies, and alternative investment fund managers. I managed various regulatory notifications and contributed to the preparation and drafting of thematic evaluations related to MiFID II compliance.
