Functions and tasks:- Attending the spectators at the Spotify Camp Nou.- Ensure the good atmosphere and the correct conditions of the environment before, during and after the match.- Coordinate and resolve any incidents at the stadium.- Ensuring the security of the assigned area.- Representation and corporate image of FC Barcelona.Achievements:+ I have easily developed the ability to attend to several people at the same time, as well as knowing how to prioritise customer requests at critical and crowded moments in order to achieve the satisfaction of all of them, in the most efficient way.+ I am able to quickly identify the cause of a recurring problem and act to solve it, for the benefit of all users of the stadium.

Functions and tasks:- Reception of customers in the restaurant and terrace of the F&B department.- Carrying out the mise-en-place for the restaurant or terrace service.- Control and responsibility for the opening of spaces and management of tables.- Checking the assembly of tables and chairs, as well as the conditions of the room.- Informing the supervisor of any breakage, damage or lack of cleanliness in the room.- Taking an interest at all times in customer satisfaction/service in order to be able to correct it in time.- Keep the office and back room clean during the service and leave it properly prepared for the next shift.- Taking exquisite care of all hotel equipment (crockery, glassware, furniture, table linen, etc.).- Order and cleanliness of the service areas.Achievements:+ Leading five-star leisure and business hotel where I was assistant supervisor of the Food and Beverage Department.
