Nationale Vacaturebank: rebranding & new platformI was the ux designer in the scrum team that was responsible for building the new recruiter search application and CV database. In collaboration with my 2 fellow ux designers I have also translated the new brand proposition from Energize to a complete design system, style and component library. In my role I have had long-term strategy meetings with stakeholders and product owners, helped create customer journeys, created concepts, transformed those into interaction and visual designs, tested the interfaces with jobseekers and recruiters and helped set up the data gathering through Usabilla, Google analytics and Hotjar.

The Cross Channel Mortgage project or ‘Hypotheekdossier’ is an award-winning application which aims to completely digitise the mortgage application process and management for clients, advisors and managers on all platforms. I was brought onto the project as one of four ux designers, servicing about 8 - 10 scrum teams in total (depending on the phase of the project), but typically 1 or 2 at the same time. My contributions to the project varied from meeting with stakeholders, product owners and service designers to outline and discuss concepts, to building hi-fi prototypes for user testing and delivering designs and specifications for both developers and visual designers. At the same time the new visual style was being developed and being a project that was ahead of many others, we contributed to the overall visual language and component library heavily.

At Virtual Affairs I was a visual, UI and interaction designer for corporate and e-commerce sites from national and international clients. Headland has been acquired by RHBM in april 2008.In the position of visual/UI designer I made designs for campaign sites, interactive sites and digital magazines that made heavy use of Flash.
