Indonesia Eats was born in 2006 under different name "The Art and Science of Foods" and starting using its own domain since 2010. Pepy has gathered all Indonesian recipes from families and friends of family which she has been tested out at her Canadian kitchen and rewritten in English for wider audiences. Each post of her blog has a story or history behind its foods. A who enjoys recreating ethnic food recipes at her Canada's home and share her motto "let food be thy medicine". In mid 2019, she rebranded Indonesia Eats into an additional travel section as a part of her journey to learn other people's culture.
