Accountable for all Digital Services projects/programs towards Telenor SE.Took over, managed, and finalized the VMO, Voice Core Modernization Program containing full swap of the Nokia core network and deployment of Ericsson IMS and VoLTE.I also had Messaging and Charging System upgrade projects within my portfolio.During this period, I also brought in new business to Ericsson leveraging on the installed base and understanding of customer needs.

Managed multi-country teams located in Kista and Oslo with 20-30 CPM (Customer Project Managers) and ICT Project Directors in different organizational setups within the market dimension.Responsible for initially Telco projects (e.g. Mobile networks) and later specialized on IT&Cloud customer projects (traditional waterfall and agile methodology) within Telco and IT industries (e.g. mobile cloud, IoT, connected vehicle, digitalization and major OSS transformations)Responsible for project governance, participating in sales decision meetings, facilitating Internal Project Steering Groups and reshaping the team profile (onboarding new people) for the future portfolio needs Responsible within the regional PMO for 1,5 years for the Operational Excellence area, e.g. process adherence, improvements etc. and then for 2 years for the financial area, e.g. billing adherence, cost of poor quality, portfolio reporting, improvements etc.During the period I also build up a small project admin office in Romania to offload the CPMs to drive down the blended rate (hourly cost spent)The team I took over was in bad shape, dissatisfied and unmotivated but gradually I managed to improve the situation and their motivation as measured and documented in the yearly Dialog* survey.*Dialog is Ericssons internal employee motivation survey

Managed several customer projects within Telco and IT space in the Nordic and Baltics. Among others the first commercial 4G/LTE network deployment in the world, a project that was delivered ahead of plan and enabling Telia to be the only operator in the world launching 4G in 2009.
