Development of Virtual Reality in maintainability

Master thesis in the Virtual Reality (VR) area for the aftermarket (AMT).The virtual substitute to a physical truck available today is CAD data that is shown as a 3D model on the computer or there is need to build a physical test rig to analyse specific parts. Virtual Reality technology can support and add value in the early phase processes of development of the product in order to lower the lead time and lower the number of physical products.

Internship with focus on simulation of CAD models in IPS (Industrial Path Solutions) and IMMA (Intelligent Moving Manikin) for the aftermarket in order to facilitate requirement and method engineering.
