My focus as Key Account Manager is exclusively on solution selling to the largest retailers in the nordics. The main focus has been on international payment solutions and loyalty systems to retailers in Europe. I hold the customer responsibility for many of the largest retailers offline and online in Denmark and in the Nordic region. Technical solutions, introducing new products and services and RFI/RFI responses have been my main area of responsibility.I have the connection with the customer and I have responsibility for the business plan, forecasts and budgets for the individual customer. Part of the position is negotiating with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and other people on all levels of the organizations I am dealing with and building strong relationships with the customer. Main focus is to be the trusted adviser and identify and present new payment solutions in the market and through this grow the business with existing or new customers. My strength is within solution selling and I have been working with payment solutions since 2008 and been a part of the incredible journey the payment industry has taken in the last 10 years within card acquiring, terminal solutions, online payments, mobile acceptance and omnichannel solutions.
