Being able to add clarity and structure to complex, and sometimes very sensitive, matters is a key strength of mine. I have great experience and a strong ability in collecting and processing large amounts of information, analyse the information and then compile, structure and present key findings to relevant stakeholders.Throughout my career I have made sure, regardless of level of role, to be involved and take responsibility for the development and implementation of local Swedish HR policies & processes, provide labour law support/guidance to business leaders as well as managing union and work council relations and negotiations. I have been the project leader and main negotiator for many extensive transformation activities (i.e. major reorganizations and redundancy/lay-off programs) both as Head of Employee Relations at Sony Mobile and in my role as HR Director Northern EMEA at Qlik. I was recruited to build up the Training & Development function including the recruitment and introduction of three skilled T&D team members. Within a very short time frame we developed and implemented local T&D processes & guidelines and successfully launched an extensive training curriculum for our leaders and co-workers.
