About Per E.

I am a strategy & business improvement advisor, investor, and board executive. I aspire to be a thought leader in areas where my knowledge is deep and my advice is requested. I have a passion for supporting leadership teams defining and implementing value-creating strategies - either as an advisor, as a board member and/or by acting through the nomination committee. I believe a decent strategy with great execution is always better than a brilliant strategy with weak execution.My experience includes 25+ years of strategy and business improvement consulting, primarily within the business services, technology, commmunication, manufacturing and media industries. I have solid experience in facilitating strategy development and execution as well as defining general business improvement initiatives in close collaboration with client executives. I have done on the ground client work across 30+ countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Americas.I mainly invest long term in listed microcap companies who benefit from structural trends in society. Candidate investments should have a proven business model that can be scaled up and an engaged majority owner is preferred. When possible the ambition is to, over time, directly own >10% of voting rights in these long term investments. If valuable, I also take an active role in development of the investments through board and/or nomination committee participation. My company is currently a significant shareholder of microcaps Homemaid, Veteranpoolen, TradeDoubler, QBNK, and Premium Snacks Nordic.
